How do I reserve you for my date?To reserve us for your event, simply reach out via our contact form or give us a call. We'll check our availability and guide you through the booking process. All dates are reserved once we receive your signed contract and at least a 50% deposit. Once that’s completed, your booking is confirmed, and we’ll begin preparations to make your event unforgettable!

How long after the wedding/event will we receive our photos/video?Photos are typically delivered within 14–16 weeks, while videos and albums take approximately 24–30 weeks. This is the maximum time frame and can vary depending on the event and our editing schedule. We strive to complete all projects as promptly as possible while maintaining the highest quality.

Can you provide combined video and photo coverage?No, we’ve chosen to specialize in one type of coverage at a time. This allows us to focus fully on either photography or videography, ensuring we deliver superior results. Managing both simultaneously can divide our attention, and by dedicating ourselves to one aspect, we can provide a higher level of detail and quality, giving our clients the best possible experience.

For destination weddings, will travel and accommodation need to be provided?In most cases, travel and accommodation are included in the price quoted unless stated otherwise in your specific quote. However, if we are unfamiliar with the destination, we may request that the client provides travel and accommodation, as this can be more practical in certain situations.

How many people are in your team?For video coverage, our team consists of three members: the main shooter, and two second shooters. For photography, we typically work with two photographers. If there are two events happening at the same time, the team will split up to ensure full coverage. Similarly, for bride and groom preparations, we will split the team to capture both moments simultaneously. For smaller events, we may reduce the team if we feel fewer members are needed. Likewise, if additional shooters are required, we can add them on. These details will be discussed during our initial consultation to ensure the best coverage for your event.

How far in advance should we book your services?It’s recommended to book as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for peak wedding seasons. We typically suggest booking 6–12 months in advance to ensure availability.

How are your films/photos delivered?Your final film will be available for download and easy sharing through our dedicated platform at MediaZilla. Your photos will be delivered via Pixieset, making it simple for you to share your special moments with friends and family.

Do you work with drones?Yes, we work with drones, provided the conditions are suitable—this includes avoiding areas near airports, military bases, and ensuring favorable weather. We love incorporating drone footage wherever possible, as it enhances the overall quality of the video and provides breathtaking aerial perspectives of your event.
